It was up to the Trump people to show that the votes were illegitimate not the Biden people to show that they were legitimate. Using node's criteria, we might say that he can't show that 70 million votes for Trump were legitimate. Who would vote for a guy who allowed COVID to run wild when he had a chance to clamp it down just as countries like Taiwan and Vietnam did? And if he had done that, he would have been reelected in a landslide, whatever the griping in the short term! The guy is demonstrably a nitwit and an asshole. Actually, both of them.
