If you wanted the answers from me, then you should of asked me to begin with, but since I asked some of the questions myself, it should be obvious to you that I don't know the answers.

1. >> On 1/28 you told Tech you would check into the "rumor" that Motorola had finished testing but you have not written an answer. <<

Since I asked this question, I don't know the answer. I have heard several rumors that MOT had finished the testing, but I have not been able to confirm it with anyone. If I do get confirmation, then I will post accordingly

2. >> On 1/6 you said "CONSYGEN'S LISTING ON NASDAQ SHOULD BE APPROVED IN TWO WEEKS". After two weeks you told Tech Master that 2 weeks was a "best guess" but you never gave us another estimate. <<

It is up to NASDAQ as to when they approve the listing. They don't usually even inform the company until a few days prior to the listing. There is no way anyone could give you a specific date. The best anyone can do is guess to when it will be approved. ( I personally feel that we should hear something in the next two or three weeks.)

3. >> On 12/12 Tech asked you "will AGISS be using ConSyGen for the conversion phase if the full contract is given to them?" and you said "I will ask AGISS on Monday what toolset they will use. It is either ConSyGen or CCD Online." but you never wrote an answer. <<

There is no need for Mr. Block to give an answer, because, if you had bothered to check, you would of noticed that this question was already answered

exchange2000.com <---- this link should provide you with the post I made after I received a email from my investment advisor who talked with the Pres. of Agiss.

4. >> On 12/1 you said "The company is currently preparing to send some equipment to
ConSyGen so that the toolset can be loaded and returned to AGISS. The time it will take to
open is approximately 4 weeks." Did that equipment ever get sent and returned because you
never followed up on this. <<

Mr. Block would be better qualified to answer specific question about Agiss, but from what I understand, the equipment would be sent to ConSyGen once Agiss had code in backlog.
