Just spent some time looking at TMBS. Since you are
grousing about it, and holding it for value, it couldn't
be bad . . .

Nice growth over the past 5 years. Profit margins growing.
SG&A not growing as fast as revenues. Increasing dividend.
ROE now up to 39. Yup, checks out as an excellent company.

One wonders a bit about the paying of a dividend. Does this
mean that there are no big avenues for expansion? Are they
limited by the size of the construction field and, once all
the construction companies have converted to using their
software, is that the plateau of growth. What kind of
market share do they have?

So, I guess I would ask where the long term growth is going to
come from. With no analysts covering it, I don't have any
handle on where the company will be in 5 years (not that the
analysts are all that trustworthy anyway).

Very good company. Now at a PE of 20. Where do you expect it
to be in the future?

Dale,
I know it is after the fact, but I guess you never know where the 50% gainers are going to come from.
Purchased Dell at during early november at $73, $78 and $80 per share. Looks like with todays close the $73 shares are reaching 50% gain.
With strong earnings intimated for DELL and a possible split comming, isn't it a possibility that DELL will go another 50% from here?
Maybe it isn't a value call.. just History.
What do you think? By the way, PROG has been holding around $10. up from its resistance at $9 before the earnings announcement.
Still think its a 50% sleeper.. The volume seems to be going back to average after a week of 3 times normal volume.
Is that a bad sign?

Craig
