Crash:

Ask them what motivated them to give away 10% of the company for 11 per share. Ask them why they would forego profit on this AT&T work. ASk them, since earnings estimates are now in the 20-something cents per share for 1998, when can we see that $1 level again. Be mean.

Dear Crash - thx for thinking about us. I second Valueman [but not so mean <VBG>.] By giving AT&T the stk option at 11 or 12 - just by doing biz with BVSI - it essentially gives away existing shr hldrs' equities for nothing. Technically (stkwise,) it essentially creates an overhang. I'd grant AT&T won't behave like a stk trader; still, the cost of doing biz with AT&T would appear to be not beneficial to BVSI at all. Well, at least to us the shr hldrs.

Thanks

regards, Bosco

Crash, ask them when a fire will be lit under this company. If so, when and what? Not much news these days. Is the current level ($8/share) a bottom or can we expect further decay?
