I just noticed that about an hour ago, someone sold a 50,000 share block of CAFE for .03125. Isn't this buyout by Coventry Industries good news?

Where did you find this ?????? It's not on Yahoo yet. It's certainly great news that any other company would be interested in CAFE. It's not clear what it means for shareholders. This just looks like a transaction between COVN and Rubin.

Maybe exrubinfan was right after all. Maybe we'll get to sell for .09 !
