Hello! Milk,

Very impressive!!!! At time of this posting there have been 915 visits to the CVIA Shareholders Thread! Well done Milk!!!!!

In my own opinion, so far, I feel that I am getting my two cents worth!
( Well it's almost two cents?)

Keep up the "GREAT!" work on your timely and regular site updates!

My guess is that the 1,000 th. site visitor will be a new CVIA Thread Member? ( OR?? Maybe Jack Arnold, or one of the other new CVIA/WOTD Management Members??).

Best Regards,

Wayne J.

Milk, (I was visitor #926.) I also noticed a few new things in the press release.

I was glad to see they got all the main players together. I assume it was probably a strategy meeting and probably a "show & tell" to the potential major investors.

The potential major investors (as you noted) could very well have something to do with buying out the Reg-S. That would be great, wouldn't it!?

It looks like the acquisition of the $3.5 Million tire company is coming together. Glad to see that's still "on the front burner."

And it sounds like they are getting a larger group of acquisition candidates from which to choose. This can only help them get better companies and make better deals. I like that as well.

Overall, what I see here is a progress report that indicates they are steadily moving toward their originally stated goals.

So many times, I've seen companies jump all over the place talking one time about doing this, and the next time about doing that. It sure makes me more comfortable to see and understand a straight, steady course.

Keep up the good work Jack.

Best wishes,
Brad

Has anyone noticed the UNUSUAL trading today? Out of the 2.3 million shares traded, about 1.7 million shares have gone through at .0175!! The bid/ask is .017 x .018. And almost all have been in large blocks (100K and larger).

If they are sells, the MMs could be willingly covering with the intent of selling at a higher price later.

If they are buys, somebody has an awful lot of confidence in where this company is going. Hmmmmm!

Is it possible that they are BOTH buys and sells? In other words, is a Reg-S holder's interest being bought by one of those "potential major investors?"

In a case such as this, I believe these trades could happen like this with the MM simply getting "X" number of shares for handling the transaction.

Any thoughts on this?

Brad
