Listen to Nick. He knows what he is saying. I have been following this stock since 1991 and have riden the rollercoaster in both directions. The news is not good and it will be several quarters before this is behind us, if we are lucky. In the past I have used this thread as a contrarian indicator of where the price would go short term. I hope I am wrong, but it is likely we will see more pressure on the downside short term than upside. To all you long term investors out there keep the faith. Rob

Couldnt help but jump in, simple point sometimes the market is an ass, case in point last year SSK on TSE or if you prefer TLC in the US was 8 and change CDN, take a look now 24. Someone was selling at 8, were they right or were they wrong??? Hopefully everyone knows the answer to that question.

<<But my question is: Who are the folks that are SELLING the 7+million shares at this low a price? Are they obtuse?>>

I got in a couple weeks ago at 43.25 and out yesterday at 29.10. A major pounding for sure. Why did I sell? Well, NNC is not the only game in town. I asked myself: over the next few months, how much confidence do I have that this stock will head back up? Will it go further down? Are there other stocks I think have better potential?

Well, NNC is down to 27 something now, and the Precision Drilling I picked up (@ 25.00) this morning (with my NNC money) is up to 26.30.

So, ya wanna run that "obtuse" stuff by me again?
