when IRM jumped from around 28 to 38 in just a few days, I sold thinking it would give a lot of the jump back and I would buy back in.....still waiting! I think it is a great company.

IRM was down when I bought it, :-}

Actually, I don't know why IRM is distributing 6% then. I would think the price would rise until the return was nominal. I guess that means that many investors think it's a lot more risky than I do. I see their trucks all the time picking up stuff at various tech companies and the local University.
