Ok I will give it a hard look, I may have owned the stock a few years ago, I had DRYS and a few others I traded but didn't make much and lost patience

What do you about GLBS that indicates a change in their fortunes? Somebody who seems to know something about the sector (I know nothing) has advised me that Dry Bulk is very strong now and good dry bulk companies have soared in the past year. He posted the following table from Cleaves (people who focus on shipping, apparently). It looks as if GLBS is either a great bargain or a failing company.
