Ken, If you are in the right place at the right time and either do nothing or do the wrong thing you can fail? I would say it should be an App, as the app path from mosaic is well established. you can make it look like a browser on the OS side, but restrict it from going downtown, like explorer. You also need boundaries on the OS so that wordpad does not grow to wordperfect killer status. The companies would sell their software and give the same developer info to all, even the old MSFT brats, so all competitors would be equal? Bill
