I wasn't trying to confuse at the time. Rather, I was asking myself why the Malaysian firm would give up so much. But with the situation in Asia and the fact that SETO was already a US reporting company, it makes great sense for growth.

As they have given up so much, even if the shares weren't restricted, I doubt that Mr. Swee would sell more of it, especially at these levels.

Now, if the rest of the street can believe this, we all will be fine.
