Bitcoin volatility silly technical analysis.

In fairness to technical analysts, zero return on investment assets of purely imaginary value with no alternative use no doubt can be mathematically predicted in a weird Goedelian self referential zero sum game (with vast energy losses bleeding it dry bit by bit in entropy debilitation). But the predictors have to predict competing mathematician and computer models as well as everyone else using regular psychological guesswork.

Surely nobody thinks such a horribly inefficient monetary mechanism can compete as a unit of value.

I suppose they all think they'll get out before a competing super efficient monetary mechanism shows up. Lots of people like gambling even when the house takes 5% or 8%.
