OTOH... seeking fair and balanced trade, educational opportunities... is win win... of course the benefactor wins... but so also the beneficiaries... When primary aim be to simply remaining as top-dogs, playing differently at twilight of ebbing power Yes you know I push that point.. the dark side of Joe Biden.. confusing global dominance with the well being of his people... when likely the two goals are opposing entities
