Agree Lessig is biased? Want to dig out the dictionary for that one too? I'd guess, offhand, that Lessig is considerably less biased than the appeals panel on the matter, but I doubt you'll catch anyone calling for the latter's removal. Lessig clerked for Posner, though I doubt you know what that means, astute legal mind notwithstanding. We'll see what happens. Offhand, if Microsoft wins on procedural grounds, which is probable enough, I doubt there will be any legal ruling on Lessig's alleged "bias", so as they say, the question is moot. Cheers, Dan.
