That is correct. We got our first PPP from Wells Fargo....which was fairly easy and we had direct local contact. Then for some reason they changed the format for the PPP2 .... after 3 attempts all denied for unknown reason.....where we had to redo the application process all over again instead of sending the missing info like the first time we gave up And went to a local ....so much easier with direct phone contact (COVID) and got our PPP2 after few days. I was just in Phoenix AZ and Irvine California.... planes were full. open malls were packed. They just opened universal studio and it was sold out. I MAC and other retail might do very well soon. Not to mention airlines....but they did take on lot of new debt.
