Ridiculous to cherry pick a quote and use it to dismiss a guy like Santorum...

As I have studied it very pointedly, I don't agree with his opinion on the influence Native American culture has had on American culture... but that view makes me the outlier, not him...

I think you'd be hard pressed to find many people who truly believe Native American culture is particularly relevant to modern America...

That you can easily find posers on the left willing to pander to any division... while lying about every element in what they really think... isn't the point either ?

Beyond what's obvious... I don't know much about Santorum... He doesn't strike me as a rocket scientist... which I think is equally as true of most people in politics, on both sides...

They weren't selected because they're smart... rather than compliant... or predictable... ?
