Thanks Mason: But this does mean SVGI needs Cymer's expertise as well, doesn't it? I'm just trying to figure out if SVGI does manage to ramp up production whether there will be any bottlenecks that would prove to limit their ramp. Not a technical expert in this area but it does seem to be that the lenses are crucial and that if SVGI somehow were limited by the availability of these they'd be in trouble. However my guess is that this is not the highest of their concerns right now - esp. now that they have Tinsley.
