MT - I've been calling the co. rather routinely since last week in anticipation of a response. Still NO NEWS as to when "supposed" CC is to take place. However, this is just a gut feeling - when mngmt does come forth- I think we will be VERY happy with their actions & the delay in news/update will be worth it. I think mngmt is going to address everything that has been questioned and has already begun the process to take us/BNGO to the next level.

For instance, one of the things I believe they are working on, based on the # of complaints they've rec'd, is switching PR firms and terminating their relationship w/M. Fearnow, who has cost them MUCH credibility! Pls have a bit more patience as we should allow mngmt SOME time to implement the proper actions and/or gameplan, as well as establish/build mutually rewarding relationships.

Speculation, especially regarding the Anonymous Email!

The anonymous note served its purpose: to temporarily stabilize BNGO. It's statements, however, are open to question. Take its narrative of boardroom events. Supposedly Wilson's plan was to pressure the board by a threat of leaving the company. The board caved in and accepted the founder's leadership.

This may be the case, but pardon me for entertaining a bit of skepticism. Do we seriously believe the dissenting board members who favor video poker expansion have rolled over at the master's command? If you were a board opponent, would you? Particularly if you suspected, then read on Silicon Investor, that you'd been manipulated into acquiescence? I think not. In fact, I will venture to suggest the poster's claim that Wilson is now thoroughly in command is, shall we say, an overstatement. People don't give up so easily, especially when they've got business careers and pots of money at stake.

When we do hear from AB&G, everyone may indeed have kissed and made up. But I wouldn't bet on it. The next news we receive may just as likely announce board departures, with the usual cosmetic explanations. We haven't heard from management because Wilson is not in command. In fact, no one is.

Just my opinion, which, if it tracks my profitability, is totally wrong. But without facts, it's the only speculation in BNGO I'm prepared to do.
