I believe Borland ran some of the first competitive upgrades for Quattro Pro (at $99.00) in 1992/93 which did more to hurt Borlands bottom line then help them sell more software. And while I am on it as I remember around the same time Lotus sued Borland and won making Quattro less easy to use for customers switching from 123. When everyone is playing the same game how can you single out one player out...I don't believe you can. And yes I believe that they are playing the same game under the same rules and no I don't believe Microsoft is cheating I just think that they are that much better than the competition.
