Ed,

Sorry this is gonna be short and sweet. This is the second time I am doing this. Evidently SI does not have all the "bugs" out of the new spell checker. If anyone uses it...be sure to copy your text first!

The revenue/income numbers were obtained from Global Venture Funding's
massive website. You can get lost in that thing. There is a link to it in an earlier post.

I immediately noticed the same thing in regard to the '98-'99 ratios being constant. My thought is that perhaps at those numbers they have not reached the expected economy of scale that they feel would be required??? Do you have any ideas on this?

I have read where they "desire to acquire". Perhaps the issuance of more shares will finance that activity. Judging from the formation of the separate wholly owned subs they list...perhaps they will take one public. Their website has an E-mail address. The company has been good in responding to my questions.

Do you have any input regarding this company, the present management,
the industry, the technology, the sector, governmental mandates, etc. in this area? I would appreciate any and all info.

Thanks

Frank

Edward,

There is a company (BUGS) news release today which the CEO/Brehm mentions;

< ''Since we began to ship bug orders in January of this year and our bugs are hard at work solving environmental problems, we also felt it appropriate to allow access via the new name: bugsatwork.com. Since thousands of users also use htp://gvfcellular.com for access, we will also continue to support that address for an indefinite time.''>

The opening page of the above URL provides some info to your question of what addittional share monies will be used for.
