Doug, As towards your questions...

1. Private placements are generally always set at market prices so
it is attractive as an investment to the parties participating. The exchanges usually allow for a 10% discount to the average market price
when setting the price per share/unit. It would be difficult to find
participants for a private placement priced at 3 times the market
trading price.

2. The parties involved will be listed when the paperwork is filed
with Alberta Stock Exchange.

3. Our investor awareness program is ongoing with further venues being
examined.

4. The drill plans haven't changed. The expressions of interest on
Buffalo Valley are being followed up. The Company is seeking a
suitable joint venture partner who can continue the work on Buffalo
Valley, specifically, increasing the present resource of 600,000 oz.
The four targets recently outlined on the Highland Gold Property are
scheduled for trenching and drilling.

5. "No investment dealer, broker or agent..." is wording which must be
included in the press release as per the guidelines from the Alberta
Stock Exchange. I basically means that no brokerage firms or agents
are involved in this financing. "Arm's length" means that no insiders,
directors or officers of the company are participating in the
financing.
