We should be able to continue making vaccine at full tilt, and and those vaccines should be available to other countries if we don't need them. While Trump, leading the US, did in fact give us the vaccines, the truth is that we are approaching herd immunity and the demand for them will decrease in the US. The world still needs all we can make. So the excess capacity should be directed to the locations where it is most needed. There are surely some small countries but India has to be the top priority today. If saving human lives at all figures into your objectives.
