RG:

There should be some lawsuits against them if it's taken anyone this long to get certificates they requested months ago. I have no doubt they'd work together to cover their collective skins.

Ciao,

KMT

They may be Riley.... but since you have yet to accumulate verifiable, and therefore, admissible evidence to this fact, AND since the company seems loathe to assist in providing an accurate number of shares outstanding (which is there responsibility in the first place), you will have a lot more research to do.

Why is it that this company is unable to achieve a full accounting of the number of shareholders as well as the EXACT number of shares outstanding???

I really want to know. And I don't have to be a shareholder to ask these questions.

Regards,

Ron

Why haven't the organized shareholders that you lead ever been proactive in demanding straight answers froim the company. Why is the paperwork not in place, where is the money, why the lies about the boat the nicarugua factory, etc etc. Why would a group of shareholders would just accept this b.s. without making management accountable.

Management is the group responsible for safeguarding the investment of the shareholders and making it grow. I see nothing coming from management for the past six months that is at all positive. Lets have a share accounting (or are they afraid of something). How are they paying the bills when it seems that there is no business going on.
