This Burlington County contract seems insignificant at first but when one considers that there are some 3000 counties in the US (some huge, some tiny: in terms of population) and that an unknown county such as Burlington is spending $1.2M with Cycomm then as Matt indicates there must be a lot of these contracts in the pipeline. On top of county law enforcement then there are, of course, state and federal law enforcement agencies as well as emergency services.

Pleasing to also see the COPS-MORE funding program mentioned in the announcement. Nothing like a subsidy to get a market moving.

With this contract, I am beginning to wonder if 1Q may be the turnaround quarter albeit a small profit.

Rob

Matt -

The business is definitely growing and basically, it's just getting started. The company tree is beginning to bear fruit. Looking for net profit to show in second quarter, with increasing sales and revenues to ad extra luster in subsequent quarters. It will be a good year, imo, with growth continuing to accelerate through the turn of the century as more local, state and national government entities see the benefits and place orders. Now I begin to think of plant capacity and ability to meet demand. Believe if CYI does not become a take-over target, it will become an acquirer as growing conditions warrant.
