Yes, it is really that simple. I don't make the rules, but I have a right to complain here. ;-)

There is a park along a route I take often. When I come to a "T" at a stop sign and take a Louie, that road borders the park. It is a main route for the folks that live in the gated community about 3 miles up ... They don't respect the posted 20mph speed limit, but I do. The 20mph doesn't make a lot of sense because of the park's 6' chainlink fence.

There is a 5 lane oneway street, a cop told me turning left or right one must take the inside lane. Never saw that law enforced, but very often broken.

I guess the law is difficult to always obey. I think it makes me a passive agressive at times. It leaves law enforcement to usually have a petty charge in most circumstances ... where there may be leverage in a larger violation they may be working on.

I believe there is a legal expungement process for my ancient misdeeds.
