Thanks for posting the evidence for pro masks pocotrader I have been looking for this type of scientific evidence for some time now. I had a quick look at it.

Considering the whole world economy was shut down on the basis of this evidence, it does look a bit flimsy. I will have a closer look at it though.

I watched all of this video (below) and the narrator, a qualified medical practitioner ... now retired, has a different view from that evidence.

fyi.

Stay safe,

ll

I appreciate your links, but where is the science? Where are the RCTs that prove any of this? Where are the RCTs that DIDN'T prove any of it? Did you find these with Google?

This physician responds to the question of why do doctors use masks?

Surgeon Destroys Myth: ‘If Masks Don’t Work, Why Do Surgeons Wear Them?’ | CNSNews

The point you're missing is that you never use google to find politically motivated articles. Because the answer Google gives if you google, "Masks don't work" is quite different from what you'll get from, say, duckduckgo.com.

I recommend you read some of the "masks don't work" articles that actually involved science, and get back to me.

No, I'm not going through your articles one-by-one. I will stipulate that you can find a few articles -- mostly reporting opinions masquerading as facts -- that suggest masks work. But for the real science you're going to have to get away from Google.

I was also going to comment on this link:

Visualizing Speech-Generated Oral Fluid Droplets with Laser Light Scattering | NEJM

This is an example of bullshit science. It takes the form of science, but really makes little in the way of a consequential finding.

This one is important enough to be mentioned, in that it is an article with intent to mislead, and is it very similar to the plethora of "Climate Science" articles that just spread bullshit and aren't real science that stands up to scrutiny.
