I don't know where you come from or whom you represent, but I can
tell you that I am simply a long-term Crystallex shareholder
and in fact have owned Placer shares in the past. I don't wish
any harm to anybody, or any other company's shareholders.
However, if you are shown a problem and choose to ignore it,
then you have to accept the consquences of your decision and not blame
anybody else. You may not be aware of it, but the officers of the
compamy (KRY) early on offered to Placer the option of buying out
I. Mael. They (Placer) rejected this. In retrospect, a different
decision on their part would have nullified all of this.

Finally, with respect to Venezuela, you completely misunderstood
my note. I meant that I am more concerned with the backlash from
Placer shareholders, than what Placer can do in terms of recourse
as far as Venezuela is concerned. I am concerned about
environmental issues, and Crystallex is number ONE in working to
protect the environment. That is one of the main reasons that
Venezuela is so interested in establishing important relationships
with this company.

Regards

Dan
