Cheerleaders for or against and spectators do not get the superbowl rings. That goes to us on the winning team and players in the game!

Tonto,
Haven't you heard? The 10 day halt expired, the co. complied to the SEC with the 8K, the SEC was satisfied and the halt ended uneventfully? Are you playing dumb or trying to suggest that the SEC has prolonged the halt due to the 8K responses to assets?
You are being dishonest to this thread suggesting that.

Tonto,

You alluded to something that crosses my mind every time one of the "nays" suggests suing the company or management.

What if I were to take Ron's generous offer and let him hook me up with a securities attorney (or any attorney, for that matter)?

It would take 10 or 15 minutes to summarize the events for him (or her). He would probably ask a few questions along the way. I would, being a typical American, of course express my outrage and demand that someone is going to have to pay for this. I think he would, after considering it for 3 nanoseconds or so, ask me the rhetorical question "so who do you think has the assets, the company or the MM's and shorts?" And the answer is.....?

I'm sure the nays are well aware of this, too. Therefore, attempting to incite the shareholders to sue the company is just another way of blowing smoke to try to break the SOLIDARITY that we have. Sorry, it isn't working.

Regards,

AD
