Let's see . . . .

(1) You have posted that you received FTRK stock at $1, at a time before the IPO. That can't be objectionable.

(2) You have unloaded some of it, as you told Rubble yesterday. And it had to be over $2 a share, since FTRK hasn't traded for less than $2.125 since the IPO. That isn't it.

(3) "Buyer beware?" Nah. Even you would agree to that in principle.

(4) That leaves us with the description of your actions. Two waves of spamming on FTRK and dozens of non sequitor messages and mentions over a period of many months, not to mention establishing and maintaining this thread, qualify as, what? Idle thoughts? No, there is a transparent motive here -- push this stock to strangers on SI. I will grant you that you are always careful to avoid SEC ground rules on future performance, etc. That doesn't mean you aren't pumping this stock.

But you take exception to "pumping and dumping" because of "inflammatory" connotations. Fine, how about "puffing and sloughing"?
