Ali, see Steve G's old post regarding Grubman lowering his estimates:
"Grubman lowers his 12 month WCII target from $71 down to $64, based on revised number of shares outstanding of 46.2MM"

46.2 time 35 equals $1.617B market cap.

Must be news coming. Up about 3, hit 35 15/16. Nothing I've seen can possibly account for this.
