I don't believe you have kids but if you did or others you know that grew up in the USA will the next generations of kids be spending Saturday mornings at Korean school? Or might they be allowed to play soccer or baseball or whatever like most native born kids?

The latter. Saturday morning Korean schools mainly cater to 1st-generation Korean-American immigrants. They're the ones who are most likely to educate their kids the way they were educated back in Korea.

My generation is more likely to just raise our kids like other American kids.
