Yes the balance is in between .. recall the ineffectual banning of China flights by Mr. Trump.. so easy to circumvent.. or the equally vapid banning of flights from England to Canada by Mr. Trudeau.. I saw that and was able to book a flight from London to Bermuda and Bermuda to Toronto LOL Maroons ... I do know a guy that moved to Quebec from OZ.. loves it here .. tried other places in Canada.. leans left... ha a good solid private industry job.. French is implacable.. Learned here... Just thinks all things considered Canada better than OZ and Quebec best province.. LOL.. Gist is Canadians seem to look at Oz as being similar to the US and New Zealand similar to Canada (despite Mq LOL) OTOH Oz got VERY New Zealandy wrt Covid.. good on them .. doing best for their folks... So it's complicated :) Look at difference between QC and Ontario wrt Covid..
