Wow, these Neys are still here around the clock wasting their time.
Though it makes little sense unless they have a relationship with the Shorters, they claim that they are here to protect us and our investment. Isn't that a joke.

tonto: Correct me if I'm mistaken. In order to win the prize you have to get into the game. In order to get into the game you have to get onto the field. Then you actually have to win the game.

For the time being neither the yeas or the nays can get into the game since the playing field is shut down. Pugs not withstanding. Until someone actually wins there is no prize. Unless and until trading actually resumes Riley's prognostications about having won are about as accurate as his valuations of OVIS/RMIL from day one - not very.

Tonto,

Here's what I suggested;
1) The co. has 15 days to comply with disclosure of the money.
2) Zapara had 2 motions to dismiss for the 29th, you informed us of a continuance....did you lie? Riley is the psychic, not me, how would I know if he would be successful, His motion was "demurer", thats what I informed the thread. You imply much more than I say, don't you?
3)I reproduced Morgans e-mail to me stating his feelings were 4 months. Puhr felt 8 weeks was more realistic, after reciept of the money and delivery of materials because they have large back orders to fill. I did post that, why do you say different?
4) As far as the transfer of money, you are clueless, and again, I like that....you're DD is off-target, thats why you think I'm off-target.
You bias is obvious, unfortunately it isn't substainiated by any truth.
Pugs
SOLIDARITY

Have not suggested anything that you imply Pugs. You suggested that the money would be here by now, that Zaparra's motion of dismissal would be successful and you would check with the court on that, that the building will be done within 8 weeks of funding,...frankly Pugs, it is evident with your statement regarding the asian crisis that you are in way over your head. Good Luck.
