The Soros-funded Circuit attorney rejected several open-and-shut cases due to the fact that she believed local police officers were racists. Gardner released all of the protesters and looters in 2020 after the deadly George Floyd riots in St. Louis. And on Tuesday the Missouri State Disciplinary Counsel found probable cause that Kim Gardner committed professional misconduct. The St. Louis Circuit Attorney may lose her law license for lying under oath in the Greitens’ case. Now, this… Gardner engaged in 62 acts of misconduct that resulted in 79 false representations during the Greiten’s now-dismissed criminal prosecution. Just the News reported: Missouri’s chief legal disciplinary officer accused St. Louis’ top prosecutor of sweeping misconduct in the failed prosecution of former Gov. Eric Greitens, saying she lied to judges in court filings and testimony, withheld exculpatory evidence from the defense, misled her own prosecution team and violated the constitutional right to a fair trial. St. Louis Circuit Attorney Kimberly Gardner, one of the early local prosecutors bankrolled by liberal megadonor George Soros since 2016, engaged in 62 acts of misconduct that resulted in 79 false representations during Greitens’ now-dismissed criminal prosecution, according to Chief Disciplinary Counsel Alan Pratzel’s memo obtained Wednesday by Just the News. “Probable cause exists to believe that the respondent is guilty of professional misconduct,” Pratzel declared in a 73-page memo that repeatedly accused Gardner of withholding evidence of innocence and providing a false portrait to the courts, the defense and even her own prosecution team. Pratzel also accused Gardner of lying during the disciplinary proceedings, long after the case was dismissed against Greitens, a former Navy SEAL and rising Republican star who was forced to resign as governor in 2018 less than two years after he was sworn in. The disciplinary action against Gardner follows the 2019 indictment of her former chief investigator in the case, ex-FBI agent William Tisaby, on seven felonies alleging he committed perjury and evidence tampering during the Greitens probe.

California unveils new woke math program, encouraging teachers to punish good students by holding them back rt.com California's Department of Education has announced that the gap between well-performing students and their less able peers must disappear, indicating that mere words are not enough - schools must deliver ‘equity’ in classrooms. Such an effort would involve faculty holding well-performing students back, even while pushing their less intellectual peers forward (as if they were all indeed equal in abilities). Potentially stranding a group of gifted individuals in a situation where they are held back by a single child who simply can’t get a problem right and needs endless special instruction is hardly something to be proud of, for the school or the students themselves. Released on Tuesday, the sprawling, hundreds of pages-long manifesto delivered by the California Health Department described how schools must focus on “active efforts” in mathematics. Starting at the beginning of K-12 education to ensure no “gifted and talented” or advanced tracking programs take hold among the faculty, the policy implies to parents that if they want the same free public education as anywhere else in their school district, they have no choice but to subject their kids to racist pandering and a warped new form of mathematics that many may find insulting. Other states including Oregon, Virginia, and Illinois have eagerly embraced the idea. Virginia was especially keen to join the nationwide efforts to refashion children’s education into a new and patronizing style of social control. Last month, Virginia announced it would streamline educational “equity” – a plan which involves replacing math with “foundational concepts,” ditching algebra, geometry, trigonometry and calculus, and imposing a lowest-common-denominator model of teaching and wiping out the option of taking any advanced math course before entering the 11th grade. Dalton, a prestigious private school in the city, unleashed an “anti-racism manifesto” last year demanding the institution hire 12 “diversity officers” and even psychologists to push back on “race-based traumatic stress.” Where, then, does that leave the bucketloads of students needing to be educated? Not universities – they’re too busy dodging their own woke-eruptions – and certainly not fellow students, who are probably just as confused as they are.
