Yellen told The Atlantic that the tax gap is a "shocking" $7 trillion over a decade.
Democrats always say that there are trillions of dollars in unpaid taxes out there, and that most of it is owed by the so-called "one percent."

If people are cheating their taxes to the tune of $700B/year, then that's a LOT of tax cheats out there.

Or maybe it's a bunch of bullshit, and Yellen is a political hack that doesn't know WTF she is talking about, which wouldn't surprise me.
