We seriously need to cap CEO pay. Everything is automated or made overseas, so what's left for them to do? Pharma spends more on advertising than researching new drugs. Geez doc, give me this pill, I saw it in an ad. Who does that? We can take it a few steps further. Ban stock buybacks unless wages keep up with inflation, require top and bottom lines to increase before the CEO gets a raise, force them to pay workers the same pay increases they gave themselves, etc.
