I pretty much agree completely with what you have to say.

The only complicating factor (as has been posted in SH) is that we do not know where PDG spent its money. It is now being speculated that PDG indeed did much of this work on LC5 and not LC4. In which case, we obviously would not be entitled to anything -- unless of course, we get LC 5&7 too :-)
