Yes. And, granted. Mine addressing "but we do not have that one" as error. The error re corporate personhood is entrained in or derived from the legacy of British legal custom, which, with some greater divergences here, influences us both... about which we're (as typical) a triffle more honest... and more inclined to state the truth rather than obfuscate... but otherwise not really meaningfully different... Getting Canada to end the folly is only the harder... in the degree they adopt the pretense that it doesn't exist ?
