Most uneducated right wingers don't distinguish and will go after any Asian. Sure is a lot of black right wingers running around beating up old Asians. Asians are taking jobs away from many Americans? And messing up the grading curve for all the other minorities.

Rarebird, You likely have Trump to thank for Asian hate crimes. Yeah, keep telling yourself that. The guy who stabbed two Asian ladies in the middle of one of San Francisco's busiest commercial districts didn't fit the profile of a "Trump supporter" at all. In fact, 80% of all attacks against Asians in the SF Bay Area don't fit that profile. Trump is the excuse that left-wingers use when their own policies of "restorative justice" fail. Trump is the excuse that left-wingers use when they see yet another incident of anti-Asian hate. Even if the perp is Black, it's still "white supremacy."
