Based on the way I purchase companies like this, I think it is a good entry point. I prefer to buy in small amounts and then add to the position in small amounts as it rises.

I very rarely average down on a company in the red. If I have a position in the red, I won't add until there is a catalyst to drive price higher, an earnings beat and raise of guidance would be an example of where I will add to a position in the red. Otherwise, I add to positions in the green. I prefer to average up my cost basis as the position grows.

My tactics may not be suitable for everyone, but in my case it keeps the amount of dollars and cents lost to a minimum.
