Trump knew. His excuse for doing nothing is he didn't want to create a panic so he let a pandemic take over instead? He could have easily talked to all the governors and warned them of what was coming so they'd be ready for it. He could have also told us to wear masks and social distance. History will not be kind to him, his party, Congress, or the media. Woodward knew in February, but didn't release the tapes until Sept. I have no idea how he can justify that sort of incompetence other than maybe a book deal.

Being that one of the actors is a hostile secretive foreign country, and the other a complete narcissistic sociopathic criminal, hard evidence is not forthcoming. I was doubtful pre- Helsinki, but never afterward. Putin is the ONLY person I know of that Trump has never dissed.
