They encase the mRNA in nanoparticles to prevent them from dissolving in the bloodstream. Most of the other vaccines use attenuated adenoviruses. So the lab leak theory of an experimental vaccine using a live or inactivated virus doesn't hold up. The Chinese vaccine uses the adenovirus to deliver the spike protein DNA. They have an mRNA vaccine in development. They tried developing an mRNA vaccine for SARS in 2004 but it caused liver failure in monkeys. Trump had a bunch of WS advisors who didn't want to do anything to upset the economy. Some of the states and cities went ahead with lockdowns. He signed the DPA but failed to use it to order supplies and equipment under the order. MCM seems to be involved on the controversial angle of a lot of controversies, vaccines, masks, elections, etc.
