Man has this turned out to be a disappointment or what? Something is definitely not right with this stock. No reason we should be down at these levels.

The Form 10K annual report must be filed within 90 days of year end--that is May 1, 1998 (short extensions are obtainable from the SEC). Of course, companies often announce basic results prior to the filing of the formal and complex SEC document.
