Thanks MF

I am much better now. It seems the day after a shot is when the aftereffect if it happens will happen. If it is mild like a mild fever or sore arm...just chill, drink a lot of water rest/sleep and ride it out...it gets better in the next day or so. otherwise get in touch with your doctor.

My problem is overall I just am not getting better...little things keep on creeping up. My feet, which were an issue in my past, are much better now, but my knees to my hips are the issue now.

Have you ever had the pain of sciatica? I was having this often. Voltaren worked a little bit but did not last long. I saw an AD on the internet, describing uses for Vicks VapoRub that most people did not know. It was not for just rubbing on your chest when you had a cold....It said it could resolve body pain.

I had a small blue bottle of the stuff and tried it out....like a miracle the pain went away in 5-10 mins...not only that but worked for about 20 hours. The only side effect was I smelled of Vicks for that time. I could handle that over pain.:-)

Try it!!!.... apparently the pain relief could be due to camphor that absorbs through the skin.

Still thinking beer is still in the works....someday :-)
