Wall ST Bum,

Given all things that have happened the past several months concerning the BNGO warrants and the BNGO stock I feel fairly comfortable in saying we have as a shareholder group been .... and nobody even kissed us.

More seriously, you can take the best of business opportunities and wrap it in incompetence and you net a formula for disaster.

Show me either from a public relations standpoint or a business strategy standpoint that these guys have a clue how to focus a growing business.

I would dearly love to see a whole new seasoned team come in and straighten our little BOINKer out. Current management team has zero credibility.
Just my opinion. I suspect there are others out there who are just as pleased.

Regards,
Citibob

Hey Bum, good to see you posting. Check my lesson please!

I'm guessing that cash ~ $13.6 M / 9.5M shares or ~ $1.40/ share cash.

So stock price @ 4.40 less cash @ 1.40 = $3/share operational speculation.

Assuming .50 ttm = 6Xearnings. Isn't that how to figure the dax value?

Ricardo

B-Man-WSB. If true About PR, I'm outta here!

I'm a recent participant on this thread. As well as a new shareholder who purchased my stock at 4 7/8. I hope what you are suggesting about Mike Fearnow and his organization is not true for the following reasons:

1) It tells me that management is in Denial and is looking for a scapegoat rather than resolving THEIR problems.

2) I was first told to buy this stock below $2 by Fearnow just last year. I didn't. Again at 3. I didn't. Again at 5. I didn't. Each time he was very professional in his outlining why the stock should be owned and up until recently, everything he said plus much more came to pass. Obviously, I should have listened to him, but missing out on the opportunity to purchase the stock in the 2-3 area, held me from paying up. I regretted this all the way up to the double digits. He has done his job, and done it well. Judging by the number of posts and the multiple of turnovers of the float in the past year, he obviously has created a large number of believers like myself. Not just in the Company, but in his capabilities.

In hindsight, where would the Company have been today were it not for he and his Company's efforts. Would BNGO have been able to make the acquisitions that make up the lions share of their assets? Maybe, but with what? $2 stock? Would they have $12 million in the bank. Not very likely. And if the above came to pass anyway, how many shares would the company be using to calculate the eps. 30 Million, 40 Million if they had to use $2 stock!

Fearnow, if you read this thread and you do get dumped, PLEASE let me know first. Not only will I dump the stock, but I will short it on naive strength.

Sombody started a SI thread a few weeks ago in the 5 dollar and Under group called Market Maker Out Of Business. The idea of this thread is to let people know which stocks the MM primarily traded because these stocks usually crater when the MM closes down. If your organization is dismissed, I think I will start a similar thread, but having to do with PR firms.

If you do get dumped, let me know what your next deal is. I promise, I will play from the beginning.
