Hmmmmm. I just assumed that the call provision applied to the shares that WPCC was receiving as part of their deal. Did I assume incorrectly, read it wrong, or what? If your read was the correct one, then who is currently holding those 2,000,000 shares? Perhaps some of the people on the list I posted? George E.

Joe, I believe that the part of the note from Joe Murphy concerning the call provisions whereby stock issued for WorldPass can be repurchased is discussed below. I really like the company having this option and hope that it will be a part of future deals as well. As I understand the call provisions, they will probably not affect the current buyback and that these provisions are perhaps in place just to allow the company the option at some point to repurchase those shares if that is in our best interest JMO.
