"We attacked Iraq and we were the terrorists." I agree. This is why I find your defense of Obama and Biden to be ludicrous. They are the same as Bush, Bush II, Trump, Reagan, et. al. "We attacked Iraq(Somalia, Yemen, Libya, Syria, Afghanistan, Honduras, Ukraine, etc.) and we were the terrorists."

The UN came out and cleared Iraq in 1999 after the Wag the Dog attacks by Clinton. The US bombed the storage facilities in the first Gulf War which made them too dangerous with chemicals leaking. Mostly, the chemicals were badly degraded over that time. Some mustard gas may have been used in the second war but they weren't dangerous. US and Britain carried out some of the attacks between the Shia and Sunni in order to incite a sectarian war and weaken the government. washingtonpost.com British special forces dressed as Al Qeda were captured in Basra where they were preparing to mine bridges and roads.
