HerbVic; It is online slang for "in my opinion", In days of yore when modems were 300 baud over the phone line they evolved a bunch of shorthand methods of commentary that saved typing. things like 73 = goodbye, 88= love and kisses, etc. It originated way back in the land line telegraphy era, and has been extended by hackers to a huge number of short letter phrases. I only use a few, but I am sure someone could point you to a glossary of many more. Bill
