Hi Underexposed.................no.......sorry...........I just started reading this thread a couple of days ago, and did not start from the beginning, so I had no idea you had contracted COVID. Very sorry for your trouble and health issues. The health thread has helped me to understand a couple of my minor health conditions and has prompted me to make some lifestyle changes. I've experienced nothing but good benefits from some of the advise I've found from the articles that are posted there. (I skip through the ones that don't apply, and appreciate the personal testimonials I find there too.) I was worried about being pre-diabetic and learned a lot about it there. I have managed to bring my A1C levels down from 5.9 to 5.3 and am now more intelligent about managing my diet. Hard stuff giving up certain foods I'm accustomed to eating and I fight urges a lot. As you're probably aware..........it's a struggle. I'm in the PNW and have been to AK three times. The cruise I mentioned is a New England cruise/tour out of NY. Seven days on land and seven on the ship. This will be the second time I've had to cancel this trip. We tried going in '19, but I ended up needing a partial knee replacement. Getting old is a b****.
