I e-mailed Mr. Liolios to inquire about earnings. here is his very rapid response (within 2 hours)

Thank you for your interest. The earnings release is scheduled to be released by Feb. 15th. We will probably have a conference call following the release.

Thank you for your support.

Scott Liolios

>>>Off Topic<<<

Feb 12th is my birthday so I hope it is then (to offset the 33 year old blues)

Actually, I wrote this post because I wanted to check out the NEW spell checking feature (I am one horrible speler ;-) )

Andrew H - you had better check out the FAMH thread...

<<look for earnings between the 12th and 15th of Feb, followed by a conference call.>>

Unless the company is planning to report earnings on the weekend (highly unlikely), it appears that they will announce them on Thursday the 12th with a CC on Friday the 13th (oh no!).

If they don't report earnings in a press release on or before Fri. the 13th don't they have to at least file the 10Q with the SEC on that day (45 days after the quarter end)? I think that's the way it works. Anyone know for sure?
